Big Roll Turf Harvester

Author:Ricdro

The KASHIN Big Roll Turf Harvester is used to produce 750mm wide, up to 25m long and 10mm-40mm thick sports turf. The machine is used to remove single strips of turf for drainage works on golf courses and racecourses. It is also used to remove existing bowling green turf prior to renovation.

Did you know KASHIN Turf Farms was once the east coast dealer for Turfco’s big roll harvesters. The original concept for a 4′ wide big roll harvester was actually thought of and invented by Kingston turf farms. Once the proto type was up and running ktf owner Brian Bouchard sold the patten and manufacturing rights to Turfco mfg. A Minnesota base turf equipment company. After the machines became available for sale to the industry turfco turned to ktf to handle the east coast territory. This machine set the standard for large sod roll harvesting and is still being used today.

The Big Roll Sod Harvester has been field proven for rugged reliability and to be the lowest maintenance sod harvester in the industry.  Whether wet, dry peat, clay or rocky ground, this harvester will operate flawlessly
